for one of our on going projects in Jon Long's color class is to take the study of different light situations of a single subject. this is based off of Monet's haystacks. I found a nice decaying water tower and decide that i would use it. this is a 7 min. exposure at f-5 at iso 200. this is the first of many that will soon follow. let me know what you think.

Nice work Ian, the star trails add alot to it, do you plan on switching angles or do you plan on the same view in differnt light settings?
